Only a set number of each category will be allowed.

Early submission of application is important to guarantee your category.

Booth spaces 10x10 @ $45.00 ea.  If cancellation before November 1, 2011

50% of fee will be refunded, after that date no refunds will be allowed.

Set up times: Friday Dec. 9th from 5pm-8pm & Saturday Dec. 10th from 7am-9am
